Jafar sweets

The place opened by Mohammad Jafar in 1951 soon turned into a shrine of baklava, kanafeh and other pastries. The great and spacious store's staff fed many famous people baklava, such as Moshe Dayan and Teddy Kollek. Jaffer - or as officially called Jaffer's Candy Company - has expanded to Ramallah and Beit Hanina as well during the 60 years of its existance.
